Flotation Beneficiation Process
FTM flotation beneficiation process is one of the commonly used production lines, the mineral processing is realized by analyzing the differences in the infiltration of different liquids, mainly used for the separation of copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold and other non-ferrous metals, can also be used for coarse separating and sweep separating of ferrous metal and nonmetal.Flotation separating production line consists of jaw crusher, cone crusher, ball mill, classifier, mixing bucket, flotation separator, concentrator, dryer and other equipment, cooperating with the feeder, elevator, belt conveyor can form a complete beneficiation production line.

The raw ores are sent evenly into jaw crusher for coarse crushing by vibrating feeder, then they are sent to cone crusher and crushed, fine crushing materials after screening by the vibrating screen, granularity of unqualified materials be returned to cone crusher again, qualified materials are sent to the ball mill for grinding, after sorting by the classifier ,the unqualified returned to ball mill grinding again, qualified minerals are sent to the mixing bucket stirred fully. These materials are sent into flotation machine, after full contact and reaction with the drug, the foam containing mineral is sent to foam tank by scraping board and dried eventually.
Simple operation and low operating cost; The matching of ore dressing equipment is reasonable, which can reduce the energy consumption and the labor cost.
Efficient and saving energy; The energy saving of our flotation production line can reach 60%, the amount of flotation agent is reduced 20%, the recovery rate is increased by 1% ~ 5%.

The phosphate there belongs to low-grade phosphate siliceous and calcareous collophanite, the useful minerals and gangue minerals are too close to choose difficulty. Our company adopts a dual-anti-flotation method to select the ore, and in the case of the original ore grade of 18.55%, the indexes of the concentrate grade above 40% are obtained.The production line is equipped with jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, flotation machine, concentrator and dryer, etc. The whole processing has many features with low cost, high recovery rate and high customer satisfaction.
It is more reasonable to use the normal temperature and double anti-flotation technology. The use of alkali-free technology and the pollution-free reagent, will not produce harm to the environment and the machine.
